Thank you for your time to read my post…changing ourselves for me is equal with the fear of death…and it is indeed, the death of our present self and the birth of the new one…it depends on how deep the change and the challenge is….for me, it was that huge and it was only emotional change…after I did this I would say that I am not afraid of death so much…the comfort zone(whatever it is) keeps us stable, and it gives us the comfort of safety…I wrote this article after doing the change I feared and felt the relief…we are part of the universe, stability maybe is human-made illusion…we will keep thinking about it and we ll form our point of view…
