Thank you so much for this…I had been feeling like a failure for about 6 years of my life, making a checklist was my plan for rising back and gaining confidence…but even though I was in my zero, I filled those two questions without knowing it and I can tell for sure that was my only source of happiness and self esteem. Plus saving about 300 dogs…Now I have worked out my muscles and brain again and returned to life. My years of depression were spent in inspiring others, saving dogs and learning things..and this totally saved my life..Thanks again for your article..
